Design and Build Quality

Let's take a look at the SMOK Novo 4 Mini a footling closer up.

It's a small Mouth to Lung (MTL) and Restrictive Directly to Lung (RDL) device, very simple to set up and use, while existence suitable for all levels of vaper.
